This is an incredible one hour DVD containing a 1962 film called The Floyd Patterson Story. On this DVD, Patterson sits with boxing historian Jim Jacobs while watching and discussing many of his fights from 1952 to 1962 ! Some of the highlights shown here are of bouts I had never seen before ! Very cool. It also contains great interview footage, including Floyd's press conference outside the White House in 1961 after his meeting with President Kennedy. The film ends just after footage of his contract signing press conference with Sonny Liston is shown. Really rare stuff. This was filmed just before the Liston fight, so Patterson had no idea of the disastrous turn his career was about to take.
So enjoy this very rare walk down memory lane with Floyd Patterson. The black and white picture quality is overall excellent.
